    About Fabco Plastics

Fabco Plastics is Canada’s largest wholesaler of industrial, commercial and municipal plastics — a supplier of thermoplastic products for corrosion-resistant fluid processing systems for more than 40 years. Proudly Canadian owned and operated, Fabco stocks pipe, fittings, valves, pumps, tanks, sheet and more in PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF and PE, alongside its own Canadian-made Chemkor product line, from five branches: Maple (ON), Edmonton, Surrey, Saskatoon, and Laval.

    The Challenge

Scale. A catalogue of more than 22,000 products. Twelve very different markets — municipal water treatment, chemical processing, pool & spa, mining, pharmaceutical and more — each with its own buyers and vocabulary. Five regional branches with their own inventory and territory. Documentation in two languages.

Fabco needed a website that works like its best counter person: pointing an engineer to a chemical resistance chart, a contractor to schedule 80 fittings, and a municipal buyer to the right branch — in a few clicks each. And it had to convert that navigation into the metric that matters in wholesale: quote requests reaching the right desk.

    The Solution

A national catalogue, built to navigate

A complete new fabcoplastics.com structured around Fabco’s reality: twelve product categories — Pipes & Fittings through FRP and Liquid Monitoring — with engineering info alongside the products, and twelve markets-served pathways so every buyer type sees Fabco through their own lens.

Built for the way wholesale buys

A request-a-quote system with province selection that routes every lead to the branch that serves it — five locations behaving like one company. Around it: the documents trade buyers actually ask for — the full catalogue in English and French, product line cards, chemical resistance charts, and a credit application — each one click deep.

Content that keeps Fabco in front of its trades

An about film that shows the scale of the operation the way text can’t, an active blog — product education and the FABCO FACES team series — and a mailing list that keeps the brand in buyers’ inboxes between orders.
