Instalogic Inc
President / Project Manager
Instalogic President, Naj Zada, has over 10 years of technology, sales and marketing experience. He serves as the principal executive in charge of implementing new technologies and integrating them into company's forward operating methods. With hands-on leadership style, Naj makes certain that the best technical and management resources are employed on projects, while ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
Mr. Zada is responsible for strategic marketing, development, and implementation of new programs within Instalogic, as well as corporate planning and business development for local and commercial markets. He identifies strategic markets and opportunities for Instalogic, and oversees aspects of the entire business development cycle.
He has managed the growth and development of new client services and internal business processes, while concurrently managing corporate expansion into new vertical and geographic markets. Mr. Zada's vision focuses on the expansion of Instalogic by emphasizing revenue growth, profitability, technology, and sustainable market presence.
Business & Marketing Consultant
Mr. Rovithakis leads the overall sales team by overseeing all sales activities in the company's new and already established territories. George brings over 10 years of business experience from the Direct Sales, Real Estate and Financial Accounting industries. George has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
Operations Manager
Instalogic Operations Manager, Mr. Jake Bholat, is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day financial issues related to business operations. This includes accounts, cash management, financial management and reporting, financial budgeting and forecasting, and lease management. He is committed to ensuring that Instalogic's infrastructure support capability readily accommodates the needs of our employees and the growth of our company.
Web Operations Manager
As our Web Operations Manager, Marijke Sager has been an accomplished leader who contributes expertise in web site architecture, web development, web design, and sales. Marijke has more than 8 years of experience in web site programming, and design. She currently is our Senior Web Programmer, and web site architect. Since the birth of Instalogic in 2001, she has spearheaded the evolution of the company from a single web site into a provider of some of the best, most affordable and exciting web sites. Marijke will continue to be a driving force behind Instalogic's growth.
Application and Database Development Leader
Nitin Verchila is an advanced database and web programmer/designer skilled in the implementation of web solutions with various cutting edge technologies, including XHTML, JavaScript, ColdFusion, ASP, and PHP. Nitin also deploys multimedia content with Flash, Director, and various Adobe products. Nitin is dedicated to sharing his technical knowledge, with more than 5 years of service as a programming, and business applications specialist.
As Instalogic's Application and Database Development Practice leader, Nitin is the senior team member responsible for modifying, configuring, and integrating open-source and proprietary application modules as part of Instalogic's web development work. Nitin is also responsible for designing, developing, and deploying open-source and proprietary database components within client projects.
Senior Technician
Aman Chowdhry brings 10 years of technical support expertise. His extensive knowledge of both hardware and software makes him a vital asset to the company. As a lead technician, Aman brings hands on experience in systems integration, network setup and design, and technical operations and management.
Strategic Technologies Partner
James Idris, co-founder of Soho Systems Inc, brings with him over 10 years of network computing knowledge and expertise. He is in charge of implementing, supporting and maintaining Instalogic Inc's technical departments. He has been a vital asset in configuring and maintaining IT environments and implementing the latest technologies within many successful companies spanning Western Canada.
SoftAlive Inc
Solutions Architect
Mohammad is a highly skilled and knowledgeable software engineer with over 5 years of development and consulting background. He has extensive experience in all different aspects of software development life cycle as well as working knowledge of a variety of different technologies. Mohammad specializes in development of distributed systems and real time data handling as well as database design, development and optimization. Mohammad has been the designer and lead developer of a wide range of industry projects in areas such as petroleum engineering, geochemical engineering, project management and accounting and finance. With academic backgrounds in both software engineering and computer science along with years of practical experience, Mohammad is an expert in analyzing complex technical problems and devising efficient and effective solutions to match clients' wants and needs. Mohammad's research in requirement analysis and design as a part of his graduate work at the University of Calgary provides a practical outlook in matching clients' requirements with the delivered system. His research in this area has been published and is accepted in the software engineering community.
Project Engineer
Moslem has over 7 years of working experience as a petroleum engineer. He has extensive knowledge of engineering practices and has been involved in a variety of different projects involving the process of automating such procedures. Moslem is highly skilled and experienced in implementing oil and gas technical issues into elegant, logical software solutions. With a strong academic background and practical industry experience, Moslem is able to recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions. He has designed several software packages for both industrial and research purposes. As the project engineer Moslem's expertise in the oil and gas industry provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from the definition phase through implementation and testing. In addition to his central role at Softalive, Moslem is currently a doctoral candidate at the department of chemical and petroleum engineering at the University of Calgary. His research interests include optimization of heavy oil and bitumen recovery techniques, experimental and numerical modeling of in-situ recovery techniques for heavy oil and bitumen, gas and gas condensate reservoirs recovery mechanisms and their corresponding well-testing techniques. His published works in the aforementioned areas are widely accepted among the petroleum engineering research community. Moslem is a member of SPE and Petroleum Society of CIM.
Design and Development Consultant
Maris is a software architecture consultant with 4 years of experience in various areas of the industry such as R&D, Data migration and Integration, Energy and Utilities, and Technical Auditing. His work on utilizing web service technologies for efficient information retrieval and processing have been widely recognized by the research community. Algorithm design and implementation, Database Management Systems, Software Quality Assurance and Automation of Functional Testing are his main areas of focus.
Software Developer
Phil is an experienced and highly trained software developer with over 3 years of experience. He specializes in web development and is skilled in database design and implementation. With an educational background in computer science Phil has worked extensively with C, C++, C# and Java. His programming knowledge provides him with a versatile edge which enables him to tackle a wide range of technical problems.

Eva has over 4 years of working experience as a software developer. During this time she has assumed different roles such as QA tester, software architecture designer and business analyst which illustrate the extend of her knowledge and experience of the software development lifecycle. Eva has a strong sense of what the client needs and is very goal driven and motivated. As a developer, Eva is experienced in working with both the Microsoft and Linux environments and has a strong background in data base design and implementation.
